iCDT

The iCDT is a reliable and accurate test system for testing vehicle doors. Not only the dynamic opening and closing of the door, but also all other functions of the door, such as mirrors, windows, etc., can be tested in parallel. This test bench is easy to install, provides accurate test results, and its features are easy to set and vary.

DMA

The DMA is a system for testing closing and opening operations on doors and flaps. It is quick to upgrade (5 minutes) and is suitable for use in the climatic chamber.

lMOT

lMOT is a linear test and measurement component that can be used for different applications.

Function and construction
It can be used to test the dynamic opening and closing of sliding doors, the front lid or the tailgate with measurement data recording and monitoring. The lMot is easy to setup and to adjust, very robust and it provides very accurate results. The tst system is designed to test sliding doors from inside and outside. It is also possible to test manual and automatic driven doors and lids. Via the ACTERE Software, it is possible to connect different lMOT to each other and with other Kübrich test systems.

2D-Flap test system

The 2D flap tester is a test system for opening and closing hoods, flaps and sliding doors.
With this test system free 2-dimensional space curves can be taught and programmed. This has the advantage that the test system adapts individually to each flap mechanism.

Hydra

In the Hydra the lid is open forwards via an actuating lever in the interior. Then The unlocking is actuated in the engine compartment and open the lid to the highest possible point. The cover then automatically opens to the upper stop.
The lid is closed by applying pressure to the outer sheet to the culmination. The cover then automatically falls into the main catch of the locks.
